These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of SEA Global Solutions LLC ("SEA," "we," "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

SEA provides bilingual strategy, technology, and communication services, including websites, automation, and content. Specific deliverables, scope, timeline, and price are defined for each engagement before work begins.

2. Quotes and engagements

Prices shown on our website are starting points. Every project is scoped and quoted individually. Project work requires a signed agreement before it begins. The free Discovery Call and any preliminary conversation do not create an obligation to purchase.

3. Payments

Project work is billed with a 50% deposit before work begins and 50% before delivery. Individual services, bundles, and add-ons are paid in full before work begins, no exceptions. If your service requires scoping first, we send you an invoice and work begins only after payment is confirmed. The Strategic Call fee is applied as a credit toward a content or technology package, as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by certified third-party providers.

4. Ownership and delivery

SEA retains all rights to work product, files, systems, and credentials until final payment is received and confirmed. Final deliverables, access credentials, and ownership transfer only upon receipt of the delivery payment in full. Any preview or staging link provided before then is for review only and does not constitute delivery or transfer of ownership.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials needed to complete the work, and to use our services lawfully.

6. Third-party tools

Our work may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting, payment, scheduling, and analytics providers). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance.

7. No guarantee of specific results

We deliver our services professionally, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as exact revenue, ranking, or traffic figures), which depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEA's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. If unresolved within ten (10) business days, disputes shall be resolved in small claims or civil court in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.

2. Cotizaciones y proyectos

Los precios del sitio son puntos de partida. Cada proyecto se define y cotiza de forma individual. El trabajo por proyecto requiere un acuerdo firmado antes de comenzar. La llamada gratuita y cualquier conversación preliminar no generan obligación de compra.

3. Pagos

El trabajo por proyecto se factura con un 50% de depósito antes de comenzar y 50% antes de la entrega. Los servicios individuales, bundles y add-ons se pagan en su totalidad antes de comenzar, sin excepciones. Si tu servicio requiere definir el alcance primero, te enviamos una factura y el trabajo comienza solo después de confirmar el pago. El pago de la Consultoría Estratégica se aplica como crédito hacia un paquete de contenido o tecnología, como se describe en la página de precios. Los pagos los procesan proveedores externos certificados.

4. Propiedad y entrega

SEA conserva todos los derechos sobre el trabajo, archivos, sistemas y credenciales hasta recibir y confirmar el pago final. Los entregables finales, las credenciales de acceso y la transferencia de propiedad ocurren únicamente al recibir el pago de entrega completo. Cualquier vista previa o enlace de prueba entregado antes es solo para revisión y no constituye entrega ni transferencia de propiedad.

5. Tus responsabilidades

Te comprometes a brindar información precisa, retroalimentación a tiempo y los materiales necesarios para completar el trabajo, y a usar nuestros servicios de forma lícita.

6. Herramientas de terceros

Nuestro trabajo puede depender de plataformas de terceros (como hosting, pagos, agenda y analítica). Sus servicios se rigen por sus propios términos y no somos responsables de su desempeño.

7. Sin garantía de resultados específicos

Prestamos nuestros servicios de forma profesional, pero no garantizamos resultados de negocio específicos (como cifras exactas de ingresos, posicionamiento o tráfico), que dependen de muchos factores fuera de nuestro control.

8. Límite de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad total de SEA por cualquier reclamo relacionado con nuestros servicios se limita al monto que pagaste por el proyecto que origina el reclamo. No somos responsables por daños indirectos o consecuentes.

9. Ley aplicable y disputas

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming. Las partes acuerdan primero intentar resolver cualquier disputa de buena fe. Si no se resuelve en diez (10) días hábiles, las disputas se resolverán en un tribunal de menor cuantía o civil en Cheyenne, Wyoming.

10. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. La fecha de "última actualización" indica la versión más reciente.
